Send more targeted messages with Enhanced Segmentation
We’ve recently rolled out an enhanced version of Attentive’s Segmentation functionality that enables customers to group segment conditions in a way that’s more intuitive, and also allows for more complex combinations of and/or logic. This will help Attentive users build even more detailed segments within their audience, and target customers with more personalized messages to drive better engagement.

Engage high-intent shoppers after a price drop
The browse event filter is now available for price drop journeys. In addition to the existing add-to-cart filter, now you'll be able to send targeted messages to subscribers who have viewed a specific product, providing more opportunities to engage and convert interested customers when prices drop.

Back-in-Stock Waitlists are available on more e-commerce platforms
Due to the popularity of our Back-in-Stock waitlists for Shopify users, we've expanded this feature to all non-Shopify e-commerce platforms in an open beta. Customers using these e-commerce platforms can now create Back-in-Stock waitlists to capture more revenue from high-intent customers by automatically alerting them when a desired product is back-in-stock.
