Avoid recommending the wrong product with Global Product Exclusion
Attentive Email customers can now exclude products from appearing as recommendations in campaigns and Journeys. For example, you can exclude add-on products like insurance and warranties or out-of-season items so your customers receive recommendations that are relevant to them.
