Boost your email engagement by dynamically creating messages that match each subscriber's interests with Display Conditions. Now, you can show or hide content based on subscribers' attributes (as long as it's not a synced row, it doesn't include product recommendations, or it's a dynamic content block). For example: You can promote your SMS program to email subscribers who haven't signed up yet.

Unlock detailed audience engagement insights with Audiences AI
As an extension of our advanced link tracking release, which provides more flexible engagement tracking across reporting platforms, AI Pro customers have also unlocked audience-level insights for campaigns sent using Audiences AI. Custom tracking parameters are automatically appended to your campaigns, enabling you to perform more granular cohort analysis in your preferred third-party analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
