Our new reporting dashboards—available now—let you view revenue lift attributed directly to AI Pro.
This means you can now see the incremental lift from Audiences AI and Identity AI, gain insights into clicks, conversions, and revenue—and integrate with third-party reporting tools like Google Analytics for a big-picture view of your campaigns’ performance.

Recapturing that revenue is made even easier with enhancements to our Attentive Tag. By re-deploying the enhanced tag, you’ll be able to collect more browsing data on more sessions. This will significantly improve Identity AI’s performance and ability to increase revenue from your SMS and email abandonment journeys.
The enhanced Attentive tag is in early development right now and will be rolling out to AI Pro customers soon.

Another tool in our AI product suite is AI Journeys, which allows you to unify content and logic across all of your shopping journeys, and automatically personalize not just the content, but also the frequency and timing—ultimately increasingly revenue without any work on your end.
Currently in beta, AI Journeys is already delivering incredible results for customers like Neiman Marcus, who has attributed an increase of 81% more revenue per customer, a 22% higher CTR, and an 18% increase in orders to Attentive AI™ Journeys.

This feature will allow you to personalize the sign-up experience by optimizing creative placement on your website, customizing the offer, and supporting content like images and copy.
What about current subscribers? We didn’t forget about them. We're also releasing Creatives to Existing Subscribers. This feature lets you design and trigger pop-ups that speak directly to your most loyal customers. Set up specific criteria or parameters, let us recognize returning subscribers, and offer them a deal they won’t find anywhere else on your site.

Segmenting and personalizing your marketing messages demands data from diverse sources. That's why we're currently beta testing a new Mobile App SDK. It's designed to track mobile app conversions and recognize more subscribers through our Enhanced Attentive tag.
